    "Excellent!"

    by jch777 on January 9, 2009

Pros: Does everything MS Office does, even uses MS Office files (.doc, .xls, etc.). And most of all it is FREE!

Cons: Actually there is nothing I don't like. Can't imagine going back to $$$$$ MS Office.

Oh, and I've been using Open Office for a couple of years now and never had to join club. Don't know what that's about. read more

"It is good software, when it was free."

    by KE5SUA on January 6, 2009

Pros: Works well with Office Apps. Free. Easy to use.

Cons: Now, instead of charging for the software, they force you to join a club. What a crock. I used to champion this software to people, how can I with this ridiculous gimick. I may go ahead and pay for MS Office 2007 now, at least its a one time fee.

Summary: I cant see paying 2.50 per month for the priviledge of using free software. What is up with that? read more

    "Nice program BUT"

by elmendf on January 6, 2009

Pros: Does everything you need from a Word Processing program for home use and it is Free

Cons: Did a few test documents, including one with a picture. Neither Word or Word perfect can import them so it limits what you can draft and send to others without the major WP programs.

Summary: It is OK if you just want to use it at home but not if you want to draft a document to sent via e-mail.

    "I can't complain"

    by qtukcue2001 on January 5, 2009

Pros: Looking at the total package and what it is made of It seems some old and some new make up this Free deal. Well, that's all right with me. It's an accumulation of the best. I didn't have any trouble downloading it, It hasn't hurt my computer.

Cons: None that I can think of right now.

Summary: Well, I believe most of all from what I've done its USER FRIENDLY. And it gives you plenty of help. Not much else I want to say since I haven't gone crazy on it yet.
    Thanks. read more
