Version: C-Media CMI8738 Modem Driver 4.06.1096
"Does not work with WinXP, but..."
Pros: Does not work in WinXP but you can get driver here:
go to ppchips dot com dot tw
web site to find their modem driver
change all ` to . to get proper URL, put it all on the same line:
www`pcchips`com`tw/PCCWeb/Downloads/ProductsDetail_Download`aspx?CategoryID=1&Typeid=5&detailid=38&DetailName=Driver&DetailDesc=M741LT(V3`1)&MenuID=35&LanID=2
Cons: don't like that it doesn't work with winxp. go to pcchips site to find their modem driver
