Version: Computer Alarm Clock 2.01
Pros: The MP3 player software is intergrated into the application layer, so you dont have to have a specific media player for the mp3 play function to work.
Cons: It's not worth paying for, there are hundreds of free alarm clocks which are comprible, or much better, as there are only 2 skins available, and a lack of extra functions. Not to mention I was unable to uninstall the app properly without the origional setup file still on my hard drive, also leaves registry entries that must be cleaned manually.

Version: Computer Alarm Clock 2.01
"beats the competition - just what I was looking for"
Pros: -Will play multiple MP3 files (found other clocks only played one MP3).
-Works after multiple test and running many different music playing apps (Real Player, Windows Media player).
-Space bar will trigger snooze.
-Fade in for music.
Cons: The interface is a little clunky, but other than that it was just what I needed. Liked it much more than Talking Alarm Keeper, Jake's alarm clock, and others.

Version: Computer Alarm Clock 2.01
"Warning!!!! UNRELIABLE. Missed a job interview because of this program!!"
Cons: I usually use my cell phone as an alarm, but it was stolen on the night before a very important job interview. (Extremely bad luck.)
Since I needed an alarm, I downloaded several programs from this site and none looked as good as Computer Alarm Clock. I tested it by setting it to play an mp3 two minutes in the future, and it worked, so I set it for 5:30 am and went to sleep.
I woke up at 6:00 and just happened to look at the PC and saw (a) it was 6:00 and (b) the following message: "Register for the full version of Computer Alarm Clock and you'll no longer see this message."
Apparently that had popped up sometime in the night AND THEREFOR THE ALARM WAS NEVER TRIGGERED.
I frantically tried to get ready to make my interview but I was too late and by the time I got to the train station my train had left. I called to reschedule the interview but the company wasn't interested.
I registered here just to leave a comment about how horrible this software is. I would love to meet the programmer in a dark alley someday.
Whatever you do, don't download this garbage program! It doesn't even perform its intended function unless you pay for it! And it doesn't tell you that until it's too late!
