Publisher's description of CopyTrans 2.62
CopyTrans allows to back up, copy, and transfer your iPod music to your PC. The software is useful after a hard drive crash. Before sending your iPod to repair service simply move your iPod music to a new computer. CopyTrans enables you to back up all song types (MP3/AAC/WAV/AIF), back up directly to iTunes with saved Playlists and Ratings, rename songs before backup, and back up albums to separate folders.
Version 2.62 supports Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese languages.

Pros: The software does precisely what is claims.
Cons: Though the layout and function of the screens are precise, the appearance is ls less attractive than it could be.

"WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Music Rescue can't compair!!!"
Pros: VERY VERY EASY TO SET UP! Very Fast. I downloaded all my music in under an 45 MIN!! (over 3000 songs) Personally think $19.99 is cheap when you consider how much you have invested in your music/movies/picts. You will be satisfied!

Pros: easy to install, easy to use. I have some voice CDs that do not copy well into iTunes and when they do they copy at random not staying in order. CopyTrans solved this problem. copying Photos to and from my iPhone 3g was a snap
Cons: Instructions are a little light.

"Copy Trans Doctor is easy to use and works great!"
Pros: Copy Trans Doctor will recover files that had been deleted. Apple makes it very difficult when you switch computers, have hard drive problems etc. It was almost as if they were, "trying to protect me from "stealing" my files back".
Cons: there is nothing I don't like!!!

"CopyTrans delivered the result we were looking for."
Pros: As a "less than technical" user, found the software very easy to install and run. And most importantly, it worked!!
Cons: No issues.
Summary: Salvaging the Ipod files from my daughters Ipod Touch back to her restored laptop was a high priority. CopyTrans was a fast, simple and economical fix.
