    Version: CrossLoop 2.20

    "Simple and functional."

    by Max2448 on July 30, 2008

Pros: It's perfect for what it promises. It's easy to install and use. And it lets you use the software for personal uses, or to be a helper for others. But for me, it's great.

Cons: The quality of the remote access display screen is somewhat low, but acceptable.

The speed of the remote access function is choppy, and not very smooth, but it's ok.

It would be Great if it could have a Chat/Instant messaging function as well, or even better, voice chat.

    Version: CrossLoop 2.20

    "Easy, good design"

    on July 3, 2008

Pros: Normally the people I am helping are not very computer literate so I have to tell them on the phone how to download and set up crossloop. It's very straight-forward and takes only two minutes.

    Version: CrossLoop 2.20

"Does one thing and does it well."

by PeterDenk on August 13, 2008

Pros: + Easy to download, install and use.

Cons: - Updating of the screen on the accessing (remote) computer is extremly slow on slow connections.
    - No ability for the user on the sharing computer to grant access for the accessing computer for a longer period.

Summary: CrossLoop is a very good and useful program. As with any software there is however some room for improvement. When judging CrossLoop it's website has to be taken into account since that is where you would tell the user who needs help to go and fetch C... read more
