From NovoSun Technology:CyeWeb is an intelligent video surveillance system with hybrid video/audio source support to IP camera (Axis, Panasonic, D-Link), PCI/PCE based capture card, hardware video compression card, USB-webcam, and Windows Media Streams, etc. It has strong networking functions such as email notification, build-in Web server, video streaming server, and Windows Media Broadcast. It also has video analysis functions such as object tracking, object counting, loitering object detection, and illegal parking detection. Moreover, it can automatically insert tags into triggered events, and offer you a rich playback system for video searching and management. Beside, CyeWeb can work on multiple monitors, and allows you to connect up to 64 channels, with video resolution from 160x120 to 1920x1080, frame rate 5fps to 60fps, and pixel formats YV12 to RGB32. CyeWeb also has functions such as PTZ control, task scheduler, motion detection, de-interlace filter, mask filter, and storage recycle.
Version 2 features source support to IP camera, video compression card, and Windows Media stream and audio source support.

Version: CyeWeb 2
Pros: This is the best cctv software I have even seen. It has everything I need, and I love its tagging system. This is a very useful function that I cannot find in any other video surveillance software.
Cons: The requirement to install Microsoft .net 3 may be a little bit annoying. But once it is installed, the program works like a charm.
