Delicer to Delicious is like Microsoft Outlook to your e-mail account. It is a desktop program that allows to: manage your whole delicious account, easily search for your own tags and navigate through URLs accordingly without opening a single browser, post new, rename existing, and delete old tags without surfing through del.icio.us, feeds from YouTube and del.icio.us are available with one button-click.
Version 0.9.3 adds progress bar for operations.

Despite its dreary interface, this offline browser is sure to please Delicious members.
First things first, unless you're a member of Delicious--a social bookmarking Web site--you're not going to get the full benefit of Delicer. The user interface is pretty plain but easy to navigate--a good thing since there's not a Help menu. A black bar sits next to the URL field, and sticks out like a sore thumb. We're not really sure what the Navigate button is supposed to do because clicking it didn't take us anywhere. Rather, it just refreshed the Web page. A tree menu resides on the left side of the screen for keeping all of your tags organized. A panel sits at the top for viewing your posts and a view panel on the bottom lets you view each bookmarked page. Upon installation, which required our Delicious username and password, the program transferred all of our tags directly to the tree menu. We were able to view the posts and each corresponding Web page with a swift click of the mouse. The F5 button quickly refreshed the tree menu to include our new bookmarks.
All in all, Delicer did a great job of keeping our tags organized. We recommend this free browser for users of all levels.
