Batch submit URLs to del.icio.us. This program automates the submission of URLs to del.icio.us. It reads a text file containing a list of URLs and submits each to del.icio.us. No faster than one URL per minute. It downloads each HTML page to get the title and description, and automatically generates up to 10 tags based on the content of the page.
