Version: I'm InTouch 5
"Best mix of price and functionality"
Pros: I have used just about all of the RAS you can think of GOTO Logmein, PCA VNC you name it. I have found that Im InTouch is the best overall value. It is secure and CONSISTENTLY fast. The big issue I had with most of the RAS systems was if you were not willing to sacrifice security you got inconsistent speeds. Some of the RAS systems (mentioned above) did rate faster speeds than IIT at certain times of the day but none of them were consistent. Really for 99 bucks a year you cant go wrong.

Version: I'm InTouch 5
Pros: I'm in Touch is extremely inexpensive compared to others; it also works smoothly. You can access either your desktop remotely or just your Outlook, if the latter is all you need to see and you're in a hurry. Tech Support means paying for a call to Toronto (if you're not in Toronto already, that is), but they are very prompt, very thorough, and extremely polite. (And I think the only reason I had to call Tech Support was that I was chicken about uninstalling and reinstalling the program when I probably lost a couple of dll files.) I can't recommend this product enough.
