From LiveStream:

LiveStream is a remote camera control solution. Install broadcast client, give friendly names to your cameras and control them via password protected page on our Web site or directly from your Mobile handset. You may capture streaming video to a file for further playback via LiveStream Mobile or locally. Intelligent motion detection mechanism with variety of notification channels: E-mail, SMS, IM (GoogleTalk), LiveStream Mobile. Runs from within local network. No fixed IP required. Automatic capture upon motion detection.

Version 5.4 is a bug fixing release.

Cons: It's not free, you register and then you're asked to pay via paypal to use it...

"Not free at all"

Pros: Need to change the license to something other than free.

Cons: If not free, why is this listed under free and why does it have 4 stars. Will the owner of this software please tell me. Thank you.
