Publisher's description of MailStore Home 2.6
From Deepinvent Software:MailStore Home is a solution for people who have a need to backup their e-mails in a straightforward and simple fashion. It works with all POP3 and IMAP accounts, as well as Thunderbird, Outlook, Exchange Server, and Windows Mail. MailStore Home offers a simple three step process for backing up your e-mail accounts. Once you've downloaded and installed it, open it, click on import, enter the settings for your particular account, and double-click your newly created e-mail profile. Once the backup is created, you can leave it in MailStore, export it to *.eml, or burn it to a CD or DVD.
Version 2.6 is a bug fixing release.

"Good software for email backup"
Pros: It is even able to burn all emails to cd. Have tested it with my emails in Tunderbird and GMX.
Cons: Automated backup only works with plus version, which you can get when you donate 40 bucks to WWF.

Version: MailStore Home 2.6
"Great software. I'm VERY impressed."
Pros: It's light. It's beautiful. You feel immediately comfortable with it. It's simple to use.
Cons: You can only save 3 import settings at a time, so if you have more webmail accounts, you end up with deleting and recreating "profiles".

Version: MailStore Home 2.6
Pros: It doesn't get any easier than this. Import email from multiple accounts for quick search. Back up to CD easily. Gotta read the whole page freewolf. Home version is free, Server version is inexpensive.
Cons: 3 accounts is small so I have to use Inbox.com to bring all my email together, then backup from there.
