"Dishonest company that steals your credit."
Pros: Service can be decent when it works
Cons: They arbitrarily blocked my account. Sent 5 messages to costumer service and no answer. Their forums have plenty of cases like this. Google " skype blocked account". They have no costumer services and arbitrarily blocks services that are paid for.

"Addictive Video Conferencing"
Pros: - Ease of use
- Broad user baseCons: It took me awhile to figure out the video but once I did I was chatting it up with my daughter at college.

"They charge my credit card but never gave me the crdit"
Pros: calling between 2 computer is free but the system drop many time and the quality is very bad.
Cons: Bad service with payment. I paid for a subscription with my credit card and THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE CREDIT.
Bad customer service. Not phone to call only email. BAD responde. After email a complain 4 times in 1 week still not responde.Summary: Sometimes the communication just drop. The reception is very bad. read more

Cons: Sometimes have video talking problem. not a bad product. Cannot delete the skype name after log in.
