"An execellent networking monitoring tool!"
Pros: I tested SolarWinds myself and with 12 years of experience in the networking and system administration and support field, it's the best tool to use in te nowadays enviroment. Forget tools like HP OPENVIEW, TIVOLI. IT SUCKS!
The new age of monitoring tool has began, and its name is SOLARWINDS!

"Must have tool for network engineer."
Pros: The toolset brings everything u need to administrate a network together. Especially the cisco tools come in really handy. Ties in w/ Cirrus and Orion.
Cons: The toolset has no flaws. The Orion server's map maker and website views could improve a little. The performance monitor and the map maker crash once in a while.

"The Best Suite of Tools for the Network Engineer"
Pros: It has everything! From switchport mapper to preformace monitors, this comes fully loaded with valuable tools for your network.
Cons: That it isn't free forever, but hey these guys gotta get a paycheck to!

Pros: This is an excellent comprehensive package with just about everything a network professional need. It is a bit expensive but it is worth every penny.

"A must have for any Network or Security Engineer..."
Pros: This software has saved me more time than I can count. Not only is it far more competitively priced, but it has almost everything you may need, and some tools you need to be careful with.
Cons: I wish it was open source... but thats wishing for a lot.
