From Split Video Capture Driver:SplitCamera is a virtual video clone and video capture driver for connecting several applications to a single video capture source. Usually, if you have a Web camera connected to your computer, you cannot use it in more than one application at the same time, and there is no standard Windows options that makes it possible. SplitCam driver allows you to easily multiply your Web camera video in any conferencing software like ICQ, Yahoo, MSN Messenger, or whatever... and to broadcast it to many users at a time. With SplitCam you can connect up to 64 clients to a single video source.

"Useful - unique only video source splitter available."
Pros: SplitCam v3.27 Beta (build 5) Driver v3.21
It is a virtual video capture driver that allows you to connect up to 64 client applications to a single AV source, eg
webcam, live stream, iTV, even a local video file, graphic or photo.
Record a live stream with several applications in several formats.
Stream to all your friends at the same time no matter what client they use, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, Skype Video, Firefly VOIP, Camfrog, AOL AIM, Pal Talk, etc
Does still screen capture from video, live or local.
Extra skins (you will need, read below) are available from their website.
Cons: Some minor bugs,
Close / Restart Application:
Closing the application does not stop "splitCam.exe", look in Task manager. So you can not re-launch the application,
until you stop splitCam.exe with Task Manager or a Reboot. Attempts to re-launch the application without stopping splitCam.exe will generate an error message that SplitCam is running, and you will not be presented with the application user interface (UI).
Swap Ad Window and Video Window:
When using default skin neither the "Show advertisements" or the "Exchange ad and video windows" options work. No great problem just select a skin that has no ad window only a video window.
Change Skins:
Best to add "skins" folder to splitcam folder, in program folders, and place all the custom skins in that folder with unique names, "name.skn"
Phones Home:
It phones home automatically to bring ads to you, there is no control to disable this function, you must use third party
internet access blockers, even then is keeps trying to phone

Pros: It does all it claims and more...
1. share a webcam with multiple applications such as Skype and Messenger together (gets around a MSWindows limitation)
2. play movie or picture as webcam feed
3. take snapshots
4. easy to use GUI
Cons: 1. 80% of window allocated for advertisements
2. Ads can be disabled but the advertisement window remains
3. WARNING: Even if Ads are disabled, the program continues to establish internet connection with 2 remote servers via HTTP port !!!!
Besides the remote connection issue, it is the best 'free' splitcam around.

i send video in same time in yahoo messenger , msn messenger and skype, also many good function inside.

Pros: I was looking for a split clam so that I can share my webcam with Skype, MSN and Camfrog running at the same time. After changing the video settings in the respective chat applications to point to splitcam (which in turn uses the webcam or a softcam) I achieved flawless webcam sharing.
There are also some other useful features such as playing movies via cam.
Cons: Tries to establish Internet connection.
