Version: Throttle 6.5.5.2008

"Lol."

Pros: Doesn't increase your Internet speed, but instead it drags it down. Throttle to the max is limited, as the max feature is disabled by default. My DSL is running at peak speeds, and even with Throttle I won't assume it'll go any higher.

Cons: Bunch of Bull. Practice safe hex. Safe surfing. Your connection will be fine.
