ToneThis desktop software allows you to create MP3 ringtones, truetones, realtones, cellphone wallpaper and mobile video ringtones using your CD, MP3, WAV, iTunes, image (JPEG, GIF, BMP), and video (AVI, MPEG) collection. With ToneThis, FireFox users can also send content from the web to your phone including webpages, images and Flash video. Create an unlimited number of cellphone ringtones, wallpapers, and videos. Access to free mobile music, image, and video content. Access to 1000s of free mobile games. Almost all global carriers supported.
Version 3.5 allows you to send content from the Web to your phone such as images on a Web page or Flash video on a Website.

Tired of that old cell phone ring? It might be time to make yourself a Radiohead or Beyoncé ringtone. ToneThis is one of several software packages that offer the capability to make ringtones (or the higher-quality true tones), video ringtones, or wallpaper out of files in your collection, and put them on your phone. The software is easy to install and operate, letting users choose a small segment of a song or video, and crop an image to fit their cell phone's interface.
Once selected, the ringtone or image is uploaded to the cell phone carrier, and then downloaded to the phone. ToneThis also lacks the advanced settings of other ringtone software, making it a good fit for novices. More features would improve the software, such as the capability to edit or adjust the audio files or pictures and the promised support for games. On an up note, the trial limitations have been relaxed from previous versions. ToneThis works with specific carriers, countries, and phone models, so ensure your phone is supported before installing the application.

Pros: Sorry but not much.
Cons: Hard to use, the user interface left allot to be desired. Myxer is much better. Not perfect but more user friendly.

Pros: The interface is just fine.
Cons: I don't know why it doesn't just send your clip to your phone. When you have completed editing a clip, Tone This tries to upload to your carrier. In my case, the connection to Sprint stayed open for greater than 24 hours, and never resulted in anything. What a waste of my time.

Pros: It's easy to use. Works in Minutes and gives all of us an option to personalize what we want to hear and see on our phones.
Cons: I suddenly got a random Spam Message on my cellphone. That is so not cool.

Cons: This may be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but it doesn't support Alltel. So don't use if that is your carrier.
