Pros: It's free, works well sometimes as an alternative to Skype. Good sound
Cons: Very bad and arrogant Customer service; Very difficult to buy credit. It seems they are not very interested in doing business.

Pros: Nothing, I had problems from day one with no one to answer my questions
Cons: I e-mailed their "service" asking for a refund after using the service for 1 day. They said that they do not offer refunds but that my credit was still valid. (not sure what that's supposed to mean) I threatened to complain to Customer Affairs, and they replied saying "Go ahead and Give them our regards". They continued with sarcastic replies to all of my e-mails. I am very dissatisfied with this service and their so called "customer service". You shouldn't feel insulted by the customer service after spending money with a company. I say stay away from these guys because if their customer service is this bad, they will be going down the drain real fast.

"VoipBuster rates are not the lowest..."
Cons: This software does not offer good rates compared to Raketu. I'm trying to decide which application I'm going to use... definitely I'm staying with Raketu. They offer better rates and it seems that it has more features than any other Voip application...
