"Best Online Customer Service"
Pros: I just wanted to let you know that while searching for this item I emailed several sites to request the info the same as I did from Real Business Solutions....and they were the first and only site that responded to my questions, I wanted to let you know how much that is appreciated. I will definitely use Real Business Solutions for all my tax form and software needs for my business.

"OK product - sales people suck"
Pros: The tool is very limited, but for this simple task it seems OK - I only used the demo.
Cons: Their online sales form does not work on Mozilla. That is a disaster. I will not use IE6, so cannot make the purchase. I told the sales people this, the made a half-hearted attempt to help me. I suggested they fix their bugs and they told me they didn't need my money.
So, they don't get my money, but do get this poor review.
