From Blue Tree Software:From the developer: "WallChanger is a desktop wallpaper utility that allows you to easily create wallpaper themes. It will automatically tile or stretch your desktop background without distorting the aspect ratio. WallChanger supports multiple image formats, including jpeg, gif and bitmap. It even has a windows shell extension, allowing you to right click on any supported image an instantly set it as your wallpaper. WallChanger has the ability to 'watch' wallpaper folders to automatically refresh the contents if you add a new image to a folder. There is also the ability to easily check for updates in the settings dialog.
"A quick click allows you to instantly change your wallpaper, selecting from multiple customizable themes, automatically tiling and stretching your wallpaper for a perfect fit. You can also right click on any image in the windows explorer, and a handy WallChanger menu allows you to instantly set it as your wallpaper. It can even make your desktop icons have transparent backgrounds! WallChanger supports jpeg, bitmap and gif images. It also has the abilities to 'auto-tile' and 'auto-stretch' your wallpaper based on the images height and width."
